1 Events Overview

Creating a new event in MopMan

Creating a single event on MopMan is incredibly easy. Simply create a new record (which can be done on the calendar by clicking on a day) and enter in the following information

• 🔑 custom_name
• 🟢 custom_start
• 🛑 custom_end
• 📍 custom_location
• 🪪 custom_clearance_level (this determines which MAIA calendar the event appears)

And optionally:

• 📝 custom_description
• 🚶🏻 custom_attendees
• 🤙 custom_points_of_contact (ie: Who is in charge?)
• 📦 food_orders (discussed in depth below)

Each time you update these fields, the event on the Google Calendar will also be updated.

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT YET WORK THE OTHER WAY AROUND. DO NOT MAKE EDITS TO AN EVENT ON GOOGLE CALENDAR THAT IS ON AIRTABLE BECAUSE IT WILL BE OVERWRITTEN WITH THE AIRTABLE DATA.
