I made an AirTable base that I'm using to automate my entire ops job away. I wrote some pretty nice documentation describing how to use it and I've been planning to distribute it to other AIS groups.
Some examples of the features
- Auto emails to new members containing spin-up info and getting keycards for our office. Automatic access to our calendars and AWS compute creating a new IAM user.
- Insane book keeping, ex: you can click on a person and see every form they've submitted, every event they attended, etc. Every little thing is tracked.
- Automatic grub hub orders that let program participants select their own meals from a restaurant or automatically order something that fits their dietary restrictions.
- Bugging faciliators to fill in attendance
- Automatically create a packet once a meeting curriculum is complete
- And much more.
